Business activities

Pulja Interior provides interior design and furnishing services for private and commercial spaces, made-to-measure furniture, contract furnishing and the sale of selected interior products.

Pulja Interior represents and distributes MOOS•MOOS products and project solutions in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the applicable distribution agreement. The range includes indoor moss wall and ceiling coverings, moss pictures and logos, acoustic solutions, moss spheres and sculptural elements, and project solutions for outdoor green façades.

Copyright and liability

Website content, including copy, design, project photography, graphics and technical illustrations, is protected by intellectual-property law and may not be used commercially without prior written consent. The MOOS•MOOS name, logos and materials belong to their respective rights holders and are used within the scope of the business and distribution relationship.

Stella Lorena DOO endeavours to keep information accurate and current. Colours and materials may appear differently due to screens, lighting and the natural characteristics of materials. Visualisations and preliminary estimates do not constitute a final offer; scope, price, deadlines and project conditions are defined in a written offer or contract.

Data we process

• name, surname, email, telephone number and address;
• order, payment, delivery, invoice and complaint information;
• location, dimensions, budget, deadlines, project description and correspondence;
• up to nine photographs of the space, wall or existing condition;
• IP address, device information, security logs and cookies;
• newsletter subscription and consent records.

Purposes and legal bases

• handling enquiries, preparing offers and taking pre-contractual steps;
• performance of contracts, payment, delivery, installation and support;
• tax, accounting, fiscal and other legal obligations;
• handling complaints and establishing or defending legal claims;
• website security and abuse prevention based on legitimate interests;
• newsletters and marketing only on the basis of consent.

Photographs of spaces

Photographs are stored with the relevant project enquiry and used for analysis, estimates and preparing an offer. Please do not submit photographs showing people, documents, vehicle registration plates, screens or other unnecessary personal data. Photographs may be published as references only with separate prior permission.

Recipients and international transfers

Where necessary, data may be shared with hosting and IT providers, accountants, banks or payment institutions, couriers, installers, contractual partners and competent authorities. For MOOS•MOOS projects, technical data may be sent to the manufacturer for quotation and implementation. Transfers outside Serbia take place only with an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

Retention periods

• project enquiries and photographs: up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a contract is concluded or longer retention is justified;
• contractual and accounting documents: for statutory retention periods;
• complaints: for the duration of the procedure and the period needed to establish evidence;
• newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn;
• security logs: for as long as needed for security and incident handling.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, data portability where applicable, object to processing and withdraw consent. Send requests to the email above. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. The company does not make decisions producing legal effects solely through automated processing.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored on a visitor’s device. Necessary cookies enable security, sessions, language choice, the shopping cart and form submission. Optional functional, analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after the user’s appropriate choice where consent is required.

General Terms of Use and Business

These terms govern use of the website, enquiries, sales of standard products and contracting project services with Stella Lorena DOO under the Pulja Interior brand. A consumer is an individual acquiring goods or services outside their business activity; terms for business customers are defined by an offer or separate contract.

Offers and contract formation

Submitting an enquiry, photographs or a pro forma invoice request does not automatically create a contract. For interior projects, custom furniture and MOOS•MOOS projects, a contract is formed when a written offer is accepted or a contract is signed and, where stipulated, an advance payment is made.

Prices

Retail prices for consumers are stated in Serbian dinars and include VAT. Any amount shown in euros is informational and is not the chargeable amount. Delivery, installation, measurements and additional works are shown before order confirmation or set out in the offer.

Projects and natural materials

Measurements, substrates, installations and site access are checked before production. Wood, moss and other natural materials may vary in colour, structure and appearance. Such natural variations do not constitute non-conformity when the product matches its description and sample.

Intellectual property

Concepts, drawings, visualisations and technical documents may be used only for the agreed project. A right of use does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights unless expressly agreed.

Purchase Terms

• Standard product: the customer selects the product, quantity and delivery, reviews the total price, accepts the terms and confirms the order.
• Product on request: the customer submits a request; a contract is formed upon acceptance of the offer or pro forma invoice.
• Custom product or project: the specification is confirmed in a written offer, technical documentation or contract before production.

The customer receives electronic order confirmation and must be able to review and correct entered information before submission. The contract is concluded in Serbian. In the event of discrepancies, the Serbian version prevails unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed before order confirmation or in the offer. Until card payment is activated, payment is made against an offer or pro forma invoice to the Stella Lorena DOO business account. When card payment becomes available, it will be processed by an authorised payment provider; Stella Lorena DOO does not store card details.

For custom products and projects, the advance payment, payment schedule and due date for the balance are defined in the offer or contract. Production begins once the agreed payment is recorded and technical details are confirmed.

Delivery, Collection and Installation

Delivery is organised within Serbia; international delivery is assessed individually. The price depends on the product, dimensions, location, access and installation and is communicated before the contract is concluded. The delivery period is stated with the product or in the offer. For custom products it begins after drawings, measurements and materials are approved and the agreed advance payment is received.

The customer must provide correct contact details, disclose the floor, lift and access restrictions, and ensure a safe and prepared installation area. On receipt, the number of packages should be checked and visible transport damage recorded on the delivery document and in photographs.

Where installation is included, its scope is specified in the offer. Additional work caused by incorrect measurements, hidden installations, an unprepared space or subsequent requests may be charged separately following prior notice.

Complaints and Conformity

Complaints may be submitted to puljainterior@gmail.com or by post to the company address. Please provide your name, contact details, invoice or order number, the relevant product or service, a description of the issue, the requested remedy and photographs where possible.

The seller confirms receipt and responds within eight days at the latest. An accepted complaint is resolved within 15 days, or 30 days for technical goods and furniture. The period may be extended once with the consumer’s prior consent.

The seller is liable for non-conformity appearing within two years after delivery. The consumer may request repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination. A commercial guarantee does not limit statutory rights.

After first submitting a complaint to the seller, a consumer may initiate proceedings through Serbia’s out-of-court consumer dispute resolution platform.

Right of Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period begins on receipt; for services, on conclusion of the contract. The statement must be sent to the company email or postal address before the period expires.

The consumer must return goods without undue delay and bears the direct return costs unless otherwise agreed. The consumer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception for custom products

Where the statutory conditions are met, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including made-to-measure furniture, elements made to specified dimensions, colours or materials, and individually designed MOOS•MOOS solutions.
